Prices for Products and Services are subject to change without notice. Free shipping is offered on domestic orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other forms of payment. By purchasing Products or Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. For subscription-based Courses, you authorize us to charge the specified payment method on a recurring basis.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

For our "Fresh-Batch" Drops and Pre-Sale events, please allow 3-4 weeks for production and processing before your order ships. For standard, in-stock physical Products, orders will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. For online Courses purchased through our Kajabi site, access will be provided immediately upon payment confirmation. In-person salon services must be booked through Gloss Genius.

7. SMS/MMS Marketing

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive promotional SMS/MMS messages from us. These messages may include information about products, services, and special offers. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS marketing messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed from future messages.
