Inspection of Package We want to make sure your order arrives exactly as intended! Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage or issues, please contact us at admin@stupidhappy.com within 72 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. > Due to the nature of our fresh-batch cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@stupidhappy.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exclusions Products marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.

A Note on Fresh-Batch Shipping ie: such as Drops and Pre-Sales. Because our products are handcrafted in fresh, small batches, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and processing before your order ships. We appreciate your patience and support of high-quality, fresh tanning secrets!
