Work History

    2010: Community Manager, OnNet USA, Sunnyvale CA. Responsibilities include responding to trouble tickets, conducting in-game events, promotion through social networks, and community engagement in-game and on company forums. 

    2009: Technical Installation Lead, 8×8 inc., Sunnyvale CA. Call center position providing installation assistance for VOIP telephone systems and network troubleshooting for small business clients.

    2006, 2009: Instructor, internalDrive Tech Camps, Santa Cruz CA. Taught Photoshop, Flash, 3d modeling, 2d and 3d game design, and web design to students in 10-16 year age range, provided supervision for campers and took part in weekly presentations for parents.

    2006 – 2008: Technical Artist, Videoranch 3d, Sand City, CA. Operated encoders for audio and video streams of live and recorded musical performances, acted as user community liaison and tech support, responsible for 3d modeling and texturing of in-world art assets, created promotional materials, and carried out website maintenance.

Activities

    2009 – Present: Publishing a weekly updated comic at dawnchapel.com, which currently enjoys an audience of 1500 readers. 

    2004 – Present: Freelance illustration, selling and promoting digital and watercolor artwork at conventions and craft fairs.
